Regional Operations Manager
Karen is Chad’s regional operations manager. With over 16 years of experience, Karen has the breadth and variety of real estate expertise and management skills to handle all of your transaction processing needs.
She has worked in escrow as a loan processor and loan originator in mortgage lending, as well as in real estate as a transaction coordinator and operations manager. Karen has spent the last decade at Rodeo Realty before working at Teles Properties.
During her six-year tenure at Teles Properties, which was later acquired by Douglas Elliman, she managed and coordinated the workings of various departments for multiple office branches and provided in-depth transaction auditing of an average of 100 pending escrow files per month.
Karen has a business degree and an active CA salesperson license. She owns a company that performs expert independent transaction coordination and notary public services.
