The "Chad Lund" Team



Chad Lund grew up in San Marino, California, a Pasadena adjacent community.  After attending San Marino High School through 1983, Chad attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with an Economics degree in 1987.  Chad received his real estate license the following spring and has been involved in many aspects of real estate since then including commercial and residential real estate (leasing and sales), property management of both commercial and residential properties and asset management.  Chad's experience in all fields of the real estate industry has given Chad the ability to provide clients with a multitude of resources to determine their real estate goals.  Chad and his family, wife Mary, and daughters Sophia (7 yrs.) & Bianca (5 yrs) reside in the Westwood/Century City Adjacent neighborhood, where both Sophia & Bianca attend Westwood Charter School.  Chad has received Top Producer recognition in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005,2006 & 2007 in the West Los Angeles offices of RE/MAX Marquee Partners.  Chad is currently ranked in the "Top 5 Producers" of all Agents for RE/MAX Marquee Partners 13 offices and was #1 in the West Los Angeles office of RE/MAX Westside Properties for 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007. He is currently ranked among the top 20 agents of the RE/MAX of California & Hawaii, Inc. out of 11,300 agents.  Chad is currently ranked #1 in the West Los Angeles Office. He also received companywide recognition with the first time recipient of the "President's Award" in 2006 and was inducted in to the  "National RE/MAX Hall of Fame" in 2005.  Chad has been awarded "Chairman Club" honors for the past 3 years.

 
Patty Hechtlinger was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  Patty received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Fashion Merchandising from Arizona State University in 1987.  Patty then moved to Los Angeles and began a career in entertainment public relations, working in television and music.  Patty segued into commercial real estate in the early 90s.  She was part of the original marketing and leasing team for theThe Water Garden office complex in Santa Monica, and was hired to introduce the property to the Westside office market.  She then followed this position as Marketing Manager for the Century Plaza Towers in Century City.  She was a board member of the Century City Chamber of Commerce and was presented with a National Real Estate Advertising Award for an ad campaign she created for the property.  Patty began working in residential real estate in 2002 and specializing in the Westside area.  Patty currently is ranked in the "Top 25" of 600+ Agents for RE/MAX Marquee Partners & Top 5 in the West Los Angeles Office.  She received the RE/MAX Marquee Partners "Rookie of the Year" Award for 2004. She has been awarded the "100% Club" honor in 2004, 2005 & 2006 and the "Platinum Member" honor in 2007. Patty was ranked #5 in her RE/MAX Westside office in 2007. She resides with her family, fiance Peter and 4 children, Brandon, Tucker, Sara and Karen in Pacific Palisades.
